Led by ACT researcher Jason Luoma, PhD, this full-day workshop at Elite Hotel Marina Tower teaches clinicians how to apply ACT’s six core processes, acceptance, defusion, present-moment awareness, self-as-context, values, and committed action, to the preparation, dosing, and integration phases of psilocybin, MDMA, and ketamine-assisted therapy. Through concise lectures and hands-on exercises, you’ll learn evidence-based strategies for fostering psychological flexibility, navigate key ethical and cultural considerations, and build practical skills, all over a gourmet lunch and traditional Swedish fika.
